ORFAC is not available in all states. ORFAC currently provides financing to qualified applicants in the states that are underlined above.  This is an application for a commercial loan. Rates will be set, and are subject to change based on various factors, including your creditworthiness and collateral.  Submission of a credit application does not obligate ORFAC to provide the financing requested. By submitting your application to ORFAC, you specifically consent and authorize ORFAC to provide a copy of your loan application to the dealer or broker you selected, and/or to any broker who provides services to ORFAC related to your application. Our loan decision may be communicated to both you and such dealer or broker. A determination of your eligibility for a particular loan can only be made on the basis of a completed loan application and supporting loan documentation. Applications will be reviewed according to ORFAC’s underwriting standards and not based on any factor that does not bear upon creditworthiness, including such as age, race, gender, religion, national origin, marital status, or other classification protected by law.
